Ceiling Mounted AC Duct Diffusers/Registers/Vents

I am looking for a part number & supplier for the ceiling mounted AC registers, duct outlets, diffusers, or what ever it is that you all call them, from the bathroom and bedroom in our 388M.

The bathroom and bedroom vents are fully adjustable and able to be closed, while the main living area and garage are not. My wife and i would like to change out the 2 in the garage, and the 43 in the living area to the fully adjustable/close-able type. However, i am unable to find a part number or supplier that has these. I removed the bathroom one, to look for a supplier name and part #, but there were no marking what so ever that i could see.

These are white, with a 5.5 inch duct diameter and a 7" overall face,




any assistance would be appreciated.
