    Size questions- it does matter!

    OK, We bought a 369RL-R and I have a question. The unit is 38'11" long outside dimension. I was told that the 36 in the 369 meant that it was 36' long inside. Is that true? Also is it 36' 9" or is the 9 a floor-plan or model designation if the 36 indicates actual length?

    You may be looking for logic where none exists! The best explanation I've heard is that the model number relates to the square footage of the unit.

    The Solitude 321RL is 34'11" and the 300GK is also 34'11" so there is any rime or reason to the numbers.

    The model number is created by the designer. I don't think it has anything to do with the size or square footage. JMHO

    Yeah... My 365 is 43' feet long from bumper to hitch.

    I've heard some dealers use the internal square feet for the number, that might be fitting considering the rooms in ours take up a decent bit of extra space.
