    WOW, I'm Addicted!

Okay, this is bearing my soul time.

I was asked recently, by someone who saw my list of upgrades in my signature here, how much money I thought I have spent on my Reflection. Well, since I am as anal about my finances as I am my trailer, I have a very detailed breakdown of all the money I have spent since I purchased my GD January 1st 2015.

Drum roll please ........... just over $15,000 in upgrades, repairs and gizmos! Mostly upgrades since the only out-of-pocket repairs I really had was when I converted from the stock drum brakes to the new self-adjusting brakes due to the grease leaks that I never sought financial assistance for. Of course those gave way to the disc conversion.

Yikes! I'm glad Deb doesn't read this forum

    Anyway ...

Do it! But the razor and or truck doesn't count. Just what you've spent on the trailer.

I was just realizing how much more that would be if I was paying for labor! I did pay some labor for the installation help with the generator but did a lot of that plus everything else.

Gee, I don't know for sure.

Maybe at least one Fantastic fan.

I do need to adjust my slides but that shouldn't be a big deal.

Hmm, if I just want to spend money to spend money I might add slide toppers but I have really been happy without them. I had them on my last 2 5th wheels but who knows.

Deb wants me to remove the carpet on the slide and replace with vinyl. Maybe that's the next big project.

This summer should answer my question as to whether I am fine with 2 - 6v GC batteries or need to add another set. That would be a big project because I would have to rewire pretty much everything I've already done and mount the batteries in the pass through like this guy did on his 337.

I happened across an ad for this 337 for sale in Arizona. It also has a generator. I'm sure someone bought it by now as this was probably a year ago or so.

I was at Pebble Beach many years ago (Most Famous Classic Car show in the US and possibly the World) and Jay Leno was MC'ing...at that time he had 23 cars (over 100 now) and he was asked (by Sterling Moss I think) why he had so many cars and his answer was "23 cars and one wife is way less expensive than 1 car and 23 wives"... same applies to trailers

I really like watching what you have done to your unit. Solar is one of the directions that I want to go and eventually I will be putting together a solar system on our 380TH but my next project will be the Slide Toppers that I have sitting in the Garage just waiting to be installed, I hate running in the slides when it is raining and they should make that process a little easier. the documentation that you provide gives us not only the courage to tackle the next project but also a little guidance and courage. thank you.
