Zone temperature probe
An ongoing issue that I didn't get any resolve from my local dealer.
My zone 2 temperature displays around 50F when the other 2 zones are fighting to maintain 80F.
I need GD to either send me an RTD for the erroneous temperature monitoring in zone 2 or get the specs so I can just go out and get it. Yes, I'm still under warranty, yes I'm currently camping in the South Carolina foothills just outside of Columbia.
See, zone 2 is my main unit. When the temp reads 50, my account doesn't come on. It's a pain in the winter too, but for the opposite reason of the heater won't shut off. I tried shorting the RTD, but then I just get anew E3 error in that zone.
Oh, the thermostat has been changed.
Any help? HD?
While your at it is need a new chain link for my aft bed rail system. That temp fix took the first 5 hours out of my vacation.

get use to it...and they will always blame the dealer when you do get a hold of them. i had a problem with furnace it would not keep unit warm at 60 degs...it was not their fault...blah blah furnace company designed it.then they blamed dealer..dealer actually figured out problem. my experience with grand design service has not been to par with the hype. Btw it is a 2015 385th... had some major issues with genset overheating...HVAC issues... plumbing issues.....axle alignment issues ..they gave me a new tire but wont align....but eventually between dealer and GD...and quite a bit of money on my part it is good.....in all fairness we do love the RV though....they did a great job with design just need some customer care tweeks

I believe that we have been having the same issue. It appears that the temp probe does not reflect correct temps. I am curious if there might be a way to calibrate the probe, similar to residential thermostats.
