RDS or Transfer Flow Auxiliary Fuel Tank Toolbox Combos

Greetings all. Seeking the wisdom of the crowd on an auxiliary diesel tank purchase. Transfer flow offers a 40 gallon tank/toolbox combo I like since it's a complete package. There's a 50 gal option too but it's priced at a premium. RDS offers a 60 gal combo but as far as I can tell I need to assemble the parts to make it automatic: a diesel kit, pump and valve. In addition to the extra 20 gal capacity it costs a bit less. I guess I'd buy this if convinced it would be easy to assemble all the right components and install them. But if the transfer flow trax3 system is worth a little more I do feel like 40 gal should be enough to get me to the next station and I appreciate the apparent simplicity of a complete package. Thoughts?

Depending on your TV, Titian makes a larger replacement fuel tank, we went this way to have more room in pickup box.

Around the time when we bought our Solitude, I was able to find a good used toolbox/fuel reserve tank. I installed it with a gravity feed into the truck's tank. The few times when I had to fuel up with the trailer attached, the more I realized that the tank was well worth the investment. The capacity is around 90 gallons. Now, the only time I fuel up is when the trailer is not hooked up.

I can usually go 300 miles or more on a full tank. I seldom go over 200 miles a day, so I have no problems

At 400/450 miles a day I don't mind a fuel stop to stretch our legs.
