    Correct track alignment

It is my understanding that the correct track alignment system can only make adjustments from front to back, in other words align the distance between the axles. It cannot align for toe in or out or for camber. Is my understanding correct? Also, correct track alignment centers seem to be few and far in between.

I believe you are correct (short of bending the axles). Wait for Steve Gravelle to respond - he seems to be the resident alignment expert on the forum (and has helped me).

Correct Track is intended to align the front axle 90 degrees to the pin and the rear axle parallel to the front axle.
Thus, it can change toe out on one end of the axle and toe in on the other end at the same time.
It cannot change toe or camber of the tires on one axle relative to each other. Only bending the axle can do this.

Thanks for the reply's. Is there anyone out there who may know of a correct track alignment center in or near Maine?

Also, please forgive me if this seems like a dumb question, but I know there is supposed to be a curve in the axle top to bottom; however, if I put a straight edge along each side of the axle, should it be straight? I just don't know much about this stuff and I am trying to learn as much as possible.

I am having problems with one of my axles which has been discussed on another thread on this site.

Right side last black box- Locate HD alignment. Use city/state or zip code

Hunter HD equipment will give you all angles of all axles on your fifth wheel, camber, toe, total toe, axles relative to center line of unit and to each other. The Correct Track cam system makes setting the axles perfectly to the center line quite easy for the tech. Agreeing with other gentlemen, if there are camber and total toe problems, the axle needs to be replaced or corrected (bent).
If I can assist further, glad to! Using Hunters shop finder, I see 8 shops within 100 miles of Bangor.
