Brought the new Reflections 297RSTS home

Signed the paperwork, completed a PDI, and brought our new Reflection 297RSTS home yesterday. We are pulling it with a half ton 2015 F150 Ecoboost 3.5 liter. It seemed to pull fine, but I could definitely feel the "lightness" of the truck when a wind gust was felt. Power didn't seem to be an issue in the flatlands where we live, but I'm not sure I could tow very well in mountainous terrain. No problems when passing freight trucks, but I didn't get over 60mph. The integrated brake controller was set at 10 (the max). I lowered the setting to 5 and played with a bit in the dealer parking lot, but I couldn't seem to notice much difference. I played with the manual braking switch and the trailer brakes seemed smooth. The weight distributing hitch with the sway bar is very noisy when turning and it's kind of a pain to take it all loose when you intend to back up. Not really anything major during the PDI. An electrical outlet was split due to over torquing, the outside sprayer hose was missing, and a few other minor items. Our unit has 2 a/c units and they cooled it nicely even in the low 90's and the units are fairly quiet. Dealing with hitching and unhitching is much more cumbersome than the fifth wheel, but I'll get used to it. Overall we are pleased with our purchase. My electrician installed a 50 amp box next to my shop so I can plug in at home today. We are looking forward to our first camping trip.
