Insurance woes!
I'm reaching out to any other full timers from Canada and Alberta in particular. Who do you have your trailer insured with? We have used AMA in the past but because we are now full timing they have declined our renewal. I want to be completely up front with our insurance agency about our situation but they don't make it easy. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Though not in Canada...Just to add to the discussion I haven't heard of any yet that do. USAA asks immediately when getting the loan. Did you end up with anyone?

I use Foremost...They allow you to additional personal property insurance plus provide a place to stay while rv gets repaired if something happens to it

Progressive does full timers here in the US , you may want to check and see if progressive does Canada as well. They cover you to stay someplace while your rig is being repaired due to a claim .
