2017 Reflection 297RSTS Grey Water Tanks

I know this is a new model for the 2017 model year, but can anyone provide information regarding what drains into each grey water tank. The owner's manual is very general in nature and not helpful. I'm thinking the aft tank captures the sink, lav, and shower. The forward captures the washer/dryer drain. Since I don't have a washer/dryer, I would like to be able to utilize both grey tanks for the shower, lav, and sink. I think I know how to do that with an additional gate valve, but I would like to know for sure what drains into which grey tank.

I'm pretty sure that the kitchen sink drains into one, and the shower, bathroom sink and washer drain go into the other.

Jim, I hope you are right. That would make sense. If I find out anything different, I'll let you know.

Jim, The folks at GD just emailed me a plumbing schematic and your post on the grey water system for the 297RSTS is exactly correct. Think I am going to install a valve where I can equalize the two if I need to.

Joe - any chance of posting or passing along the schematic? Just got a 2017 297RSTS and would like to add that info to our file. Thanks and happy travels. Mike & Candy

I added it as an attachment in the reference section of the forum. Once the post is moderator approved, we'll see if I did it right. I'm really not very good at working with computer files. If I didn't do it right, maybe someone can walk me thru it.

Just realized I never added the plumbing schematic to this thread so I'll try again. This schematic was provided by the folks at GD.Click image for larger version.

I had forgotten about this thread. I did some testing and don't agree with my original post. From my analysis of our 297, the kitchen sink and shower go into one gray tank, and the bathroom sink and laundry to into the other. Since we don't use the laundry, that means that the majority of our gray water (shower and kitchen sink) will go into one gray tank. The other will be mostly unused except for brushing teeth and washing hands in the lavoratory.

It's no biggie though. I'll just equalize the two tanks with a Valterra valve if needed.
