Another Black Tank Falls Out of Rig - Inspection, Modifications and Reinforcements?

Another Facebook member has reported their black tank has fallen out of their rig (2015 303RLS) and the pictures show serious damage. I did a quick search of FB and this forum and there have been multiple documented cases of black tanks falling out of rigs. Has anyone taken a preemptive approach and inspected/modified their tank supports to prevent this from happening? If so, can you explain how you performed the inspection and modification? Do you have photos?

Does anyone know if Grand Design has changed their mounting method on newer units to prevent this catastrophic failure?

I hope they have an answer. I knew several owners of same SOB trailer I used to have had that problem

I just last week got some (2) 6' angle iron from Lowes and attached it underneath the waste tanks by drilling through the angle iron and frame. I used stainless steel bolts and nylock nuts. I attached it this way so that I can remove the supports and the chloroplast if I need to access the underside.
I have not had any issues yet, but have read more than enough tank drops from other GD owners to move me to take pre-emptive action.
I can also say that GD is not going anything different on tank installs from my observations on a plant tour last month while we were at the rally.

A GD tech at the rally told me they are installing additional bracing at the factory in case it decides to abandon ship.

It's not just a GD issue. The Heartland (former trailer) forum has tales of tanks falling out too.
