Oh, LC, you crack me up! SO you replaced the regular vent fan with a remote control fan, like a Fantastic Fan or Maxxair? I thought you added a 12 volt ceiling fan. A vent fan and a ceiling fan are 2 very different things [to me].

Hey Paul, I did add a ceiling fan. It was running when I took the picture. It is a brushless 12 volt motor.

That must have been some good scotch. Guess I should have stopped the fan, it's a 4 blade, 12 volt brushless motor

Man, I need glasses! Can you provide the link for where you ordered it LC?

    Thanks

EDIT: I found a bunch on Amazon but, unfortunately, none that I could find that list the dimensions. Specifically how deep they are (how far down from the ceiling they protrude). That's the key dimension so I can see if the slides will close without hitting it.

Man would I love to have one in our 337!

Paul, I ordered it from Amazon.com. It was Lobal Electric. It is pretty small. It draws about 1 amp DC. I think it may hang down about 5" . I mounted it where the down lights were.

Is there a way to add a ceiling fan in the living room of a Solitude Fifth Wheel? We were thinking of trying to add it where the vent fan is located. Advice please!

If you told us what model Solitude it would help. I'm afraid some of my friends would hit their heads if I added one in my living room
