    Fresh water tank drain valve?

    Have an 2016 Reflection 337RLS and can't find the fresh water tank drain gate valve. The owner's book shows a large diameter pipe with T handle dump valve right next to the overfill drain tube. It is described as a white gate valve.

    The low point drain tubes are for the FW piping so there must be a way to drain the tank, right?

    The fresh water tank drain valve is close to the axles, under the coach on the street side.
