Decals on front of 2014 Reflection 323BHS peeling off

Hi: The Decals on the front cap of my 2014 Reflection 323BHS are all cracking and peeling off. Is there somewhere these decals can be purchased to replace the cracked ones? Any suggestions how to keep this from happening again? I cover the RV when not in use. The side decals are o.k. for now, however are showing some signs of beginning to fade. Thanks

If I'm not mistaken grand design warrants the stickers for approx 5 years, my dealer told me that on my 350m, I would hope it's the same for the reflection line

I always worry about the decals cracking and peeling. I hate to see a unit just a few years old and in good shape with the decals in terrible shape. I'll be following this to see what happens. Good luck!

Hi, just wanted to say I contacted GD about the decals. They asked for a picture of them by email. I sent it and was contacted by JD in service/warranty. He said he would send a complete set of front decals free of charge. Should be here in a couple of weeks.

Marvin, please let us know how the removal of the old ones goes. Mine would not come off hardly at all so I finally gave up. I ended up just puting new stripes over old adhesive and leaving the big one alone. Looks terrible but I guess it is what it is. If I ever get another trailer it will not have decals on a black painted nose, especially when it sits facing south in the hot central valley of California. Good luck with yours!

Jim, 3M makes a couple of products in spray cans for removing decals. One removes the decal and other removes the adhesive. So next time....

Yes Jim I tried one of the 3m products on the adhesive. Chem and rubbing started damaging the paint had to stop. Probably would be fine if not on "fragile" paint. I think the adhesive was so cooked it was like trying to melt concrete.

You may want to try using a citrus based remover like Goo Gone in a small area to see if you are able to remove the old adhesive without damaging the finish. Good luck!

You might want to try WD40. Spray it on and let it soak for a few minutes. It should loosen the glue. You will have to work at it though. I've had good luck with it in the past. It may not lift the decals but will remove the glue left behind. It shouldn't harm the finish either. You will have to clean it off thoroughly before applying new decals.
