Now that looks like a fun and relaxing way to spend a few hours, days, weeks (depending on how much wine you drink :-)

Nice place to stay! If heading south try Ave. of the Flags RV resort in Buelton. Close to wineries as well. BTW the Albersons market in town has some great prices on wine there.

You're right Pete, best part was the RV park bartender was a fellow jarhead, so we got generous pours at a low price.

EOD Cellars - now there has to be a story there, plus it could be an explosive tasting.

You're right Pete, you may have to navigate a minefield full of less than stellar wineries, but EOD/Tackitt Family Vineyards is well worth the effort. There's even a show me wall so you can see some the deeds he accomplished.

That is one of our usual stops. The first time we stayed there, there was a free wine tastings at the RV park with several local vineyards showing off their wines. It was a magical afternoon and evening.
