    We also went with the Sailuns and have been happy with them, though we haven't put a lot of miles on them yet. Before buying them I read a lot of reviews and haven't seen a bad one yet. Sailuns are trying to break into the market and I wonder if they aren't making a good product at a good price to help them get a piece of the market.

    The Maxxis M8008 10 ply 80 psi ST tire is G rated and matches the OEM specification.
    If you should ever get into a situation that requires an accident investigation and the designation on the side of the tires does not exactly match the requirement noted on the trailer, you will have some explaining to do. That's why that info is there.

    Commercial truckers run Sailun tires on their rigs and get 100,000 miles out of them. I have the Sailun load range Gs on our rig and I'm very happy with them. Forum posts about failures are anecdotal evidence (not scientific samples). "Buy American" notwithstanding, the Sailuns are a viable choice.

    Many places in the U.S. have Sailuns or can get them. I got mine through simpletire.com. They will ship anywhere you want, even your local tire shop.

    We contacted Sailun to find a shop that sold them. Interesting , the only shop anywhere near home was about 50 miles away in a rural farming area.

    You saying that has me wondering.... Since I see you are in the Pacific NW like myself... I noticed online tire selling websites will not ship Toyo Tires to our area because Les Schwab Tire has some sort of Monopoly on the brand in this area, ONLY tire shops that sell Toyos is Les Schwab.... so Im wondering if they have that with Sailun too....hmmm
