Has anyone had any problems with the bedroom slide out not sliding in correctly. Mine seems to be cocking sideways just before it comes all the way in. Any suggestions? I need to get it to AL from OH in a hurry and can't seem to get the slide in all the way.

While the slide is extended, check the external gear tracks, 2 on each side to make sure that they are completely clear and not damaged. Also check to ensure that there's no obstruction inside that prevent the slide from retracting completely.

Two things, be very sure nothing is blocking/jaming the travel of the slide (check again) then run the slide out all the way and hold the button for 5 seconds after it stops. That will/should resync the drives. Try going in again. If that doesn't work you have bigger problems. Good luck.

I second this comment. We took delivery of our new 2017 2 months ago. After a 2.5 hr intro tour by dealer staff the coach went into the shop for the entire next day to have a couple minor issues resolved and a few more additions made. Dealer has an open door policy at their large shop. Customers are welcome to interact with the techs working on their RV. So we took advantage of this unusual opportunity to visit the tech working on our new RV. He asked if the demo employee mentioned how to properly close the bedroom slide. Said it was important to HOLD the close button on the bedroom slide after it seems to be in the fully in and out positions to insure proper operation as stated above. So we do and it is working nicely.

    Good Luck,

    George
