Keyless combination lock for door??

Has anyone installed a V4 Keyless entry lock on their door?? Looks like it would be worth it since so many keys are floating around that can open a door on any RV. The V4 seems like the best according to the reviews on Amazon.

I installed one on my previous SOB. It's pretty simple. A little bit of trimming was required to get clearance for the deadbolt

Lot of owners have installed the RVLock V4, you just missed a 40% sale around Christmas. Look around, it's fairly easy to find 20% coupons. We love ours, plus very easy to install.

It still has keys for when the batteries die - but we really like ours.

I bought one during the Christmas sale but haven't installed it yet. Just got the camper last weekend so was waiting a bit to do the install. Looking forward to using the keypad.

Back four years ago the Solitude we looked at had one. When ours was delivered there wasn't one. We told the salesman it was a deal breaker. Presto - he had one installed, don't know who paid for it. It's a terrific gadget, and don't need to fumble for keys when bringing in groceries or after dark. Just don't leave the remote in your swimsuit pocket when going to the pool, you'll be buying a new remote.

We bought two for our 3000QB. When they arrived, I checked my old purple key…it worked! I called and they sent me new locks that did not work with the old keys.
I installed one today… easy! The only problem was there is a 1/4” gap between the inside half and the door. Any suggestions?

We got the Bauer keyless lock. It works with Bluetooth and the phone. It’s the only one that didn’t interfere with the handrail when it was folded for travel. Our 2930rl has the handrail. And it comes keyed for the keys that came with our trailer. Really easy to install as well.
