Norcold 2118 refrigerator condensation drain --NOT

So, I have ocassionally had to stick a little Zipp tie down the drain tube at the back of our frig to make it drain. Today that process wouldn't work so I went outside to take a look see. The little white tube drains into a plastic cup where I assume the water is supposed to evaporate. It sits on top of the burner Tube. Well that cup was full. The little white tube was plugged up. There is some type of a little restrictor in the end of the tube.
My question is. .... does that water need to be in that cup?
Or can it be directed out the cover to the outside?
Why is the end of the tube restricted?

That water is spilling out inside the exterior compartment which is causing the plywood to swell and will rot.
    What have others done. ?

    Thank you, that makes sense.

Some manufacturers run the tube out the side vent so I would think it would be fine to run it

I threw that small black end piece away, and it seems to drain better and not back up inside the fridge. I do check it once in awhile to clear out any bugs.

Do you leave the tube in the evaporation pan or run it to outside?

I leave it in the pan, and usually it evaporates.

    Exclamation Overflowing NORCOLD evaporation pan

I just discovered that our evaporation pan was overflowing onto the refergerator slide floor.
I have done the "dollar check" and the door seam seems tight except the seal between the two refrigerator doors where the dollar slides easily.
    Suggestions?

    In more detail:
The condensation collection pan in the back of our Norcold 2118SS was lying on the top shelf in the refrigerator and was full and spilling over into the refrigerator. I put the pan back into what I assume were the proper slots and then went outside to see where it drained. I took off the lower refrigerator vent cover and found the evaporation pan overflowing and water on the floor around the refrigerator inside the slide. NOT GOOD!

The evaporation pan is resting on a hot tube which is presumably supposed to evaporate the water. But evaporation is not keeping up with the condesnation?????

I drained most of the water from evaporation pan by hand and will monitor it but looking for a better solution.
I tried the "dollar" test on the refrigerator seals and they were tight EXCEPT the seal between the two refrigerator doors where the "dollar test" moved easily up and down. Is this normal or how do I adjust the doors so this seal is tight?

    Or other suggestions??
Tried to add some pictures but could not.

Just stick the hose out through the vent to drain on the ground

Other than replacing the entire seal because it's 1 piece per fridge or freezer you could try to soften and extended the seal out a tad by using a blow dryer to heat the seal and gently expand it to make better contact. If that doesn't work a seal is fairly easy to replace
