Schwintek Slide Controller for Grand Design Imagine 2800bh

So just got my trailer from storage today and prepping it for a trip when I realize the slide out won't extend. I can tell one side starts to extend but the other side won't budget thus causing the whole thing to stop within 1-2 seconds. I can tell one side's motor is not moving it's side out. I understand that the slide may have 2 controllers and I need to check the fuses on each controller? Does anyone know where the Schwintek controllers are located on a Grand Design Imagine 2800BH? I am supposed to leave town tomorrow

Good morning. I replied to your e-mail, the controller is located in the sink cabinet in your lavatory. When the slide switch is active the controller will emit a clicking sound from it being engaged. I've also asked the regional service manager to contact you on your e-mail as well.
