Sewer Hose

We just got our new Solitude home yesterday. We realized there is no separate compartment for the sewer hose. Where does everyone store it after you disconnect. Something about having to store it in the same compartment where we store our folding table where we set the food, isn't very appealing.

We store ours in the rear bumper. The end caps come off and the hose will slide into the bumper.

I have 2 bins with lids from Walmart. One for water hoses and accessories and one for sewer hoses and accessories.

We use the bumper also...however, gotta watch out for wasp! They like to build nests in the bumper.

I wonder if we can add an alternative enclosed pvc storage tube mounted on underside of trailer. I know that this is done on other campers. Should be able to do this on the Solitude, Refection, etc? Right?

Renee, you can buy bumper caps that do not have the hole in them at camping supply stores (Camping World) and these keep the critters out.
