Our rig is on a permanent site in Myrtle Beach, SC. We've been away from it for about 2 months and just came back yesterday. Last evening I could see two lumps in the exterior wall. One was the size of a ping pong ball and the other much smaller. I immediately thought, crap I've got some delamination. But when I pressed hard on these bumps, they seemed rock hard. The small one looked like a screw or fastener of some sort might be pushing out from the inside. It was pretty hot when we got here. Temps dropped into the mid 70's during the night and this morning, the lumps seemed to have disappeared. By afternoon as temp rose, they were back.

They are near the passenger side front slide....one is directly under the slide and the larger one is forward of the slide almost at the nose of the rig. I checked everything I could around the slide and the side of the rig and I don't see any potential leaks. I just had the entire roof checked and re-caulked in June even though I saw no issues up there when I last checked.

I realize it almost has to be delamination of some origin. Unfortunately since I have the rig skirted and a deck built on the passenger side, taking it to a dealer or factory is not an option. I am curious if others have had similar issues with a fairly new Solitude?
