Water pump issue
Reflection 29RS
First time this season. Water pump will not work on 12 volt. Water in tank, light on, battery shows full charge, truck running. Have not used pump since October. Water hookup ups in Florida during winter.
Dealer might have used pump to winterize the unit B4 heading north in March. Unable to locate fuse.
Faucets work on city water. Other 12 volt item work in camper. Not plugged into shore power. Thanks.

The fuse is right beside the pump behind "the wall" in the pass thru. It is closer to the nautilus panel end. There also is a switch for the pump on the nautilus panel. Maybe cycle both switches to see if that works.

As @huntr70 suggests, it might be running but not have anything to pump - air in the lines - and in that case it would be very quiet.
As @Country Campers suggests, there's a large wall panel in the basement, held by probably six screws. Take that wall panel down to see all the utility guts of your trailer, including the pump on the floor behind the Nautilus panel. The fuse for it is inline in the pump's electrical supply wire, inches from the pump. Flip the pump switch in the Nautilus panel (one is for the pump, if there's another it runs lights under bedroom slide) and listen/feel for the pump running.
If it is running, turn it off while you look in the manual or online for procedures for "sanitizing" your fresh water tank, and follow them to see if your pump will suck water through a short hose from a jug held up near the water intake. Sometimes it helps to remove the little domed screen from inside your water inlet and put it in backwards temporarily, which depresses a valve in the water intake so the pump doesn't have to overcome its resistance. (Put it back the proper way once you've sucked some water into your tank.)
I had to replace mine a few weeks ago, never used but once (maybe) by the dealer when our trailer was winterized there last year. I did NOT buy another of the Lippert pumps installed by GD!

Problem solved. I think it was an air lock. Works now. Thanks to all. I know where the fuse is now.
I will use the pump sometimes even when hooked up to water just to keep it working.
