So we are headed out for a long weekend tomorrow for our second trip in our new rig. I had the day off today so I decided to start prepping the truck and camper. i’m checking the tire pressure I noticed that one of the wheels was 40 pounds instead of the suggested 80. It was like this a month ago when I bought it and they topped are off and I have topped it off twice since. So I hooked her up to take her to my tire guy. Then I found that my left side trailer lights weren’t working. I had my truck in the shop last week from a fender bender and rear bumper. I took it to the body shop and after two hours they found the problem from when they reassembled the 7pin plug. I am so thankful I checked these things today. Tomorrow would have been a disaster. I also live in a small town where everyone knows each other. That goes a long way. The Lord was looking out for us.
As far as the tire I’m going to take that up with GD. The tire was 40 pounds low when I purchased it. That tells me the screw was already in there. I called the dealer today and he directed me to go straight to them and he would help me out with it. I swapped the spare out and put the plug tire back as the spare.

Yup. I had to use this twice 3 months in for one blowout (side bead failure???) And 1 nail too close to the sidewall. It was easier than I expected. Just follow the directions from the lions head site and you're golden.
