My 2016 369 RL Solitude freezer fan was installed 180 degrees Off at the factory.I removed it from inside the freezer, rotated 180, now my ice cream stays firm and food is cold on 5. I found the same problem on another GD heres some pics.Click image for larger version.

We had a Kenworth and from day one I could fart harder than the air coming out of the vents. Years later there was a noise coming from the squirrel cage area, so I needed to take apart the blower...Something simple, a leaf had got in there. However, when looking the squirrel cages (there were 2), one was facing the right way, the other was not. Took it off the shaft, spun it around. At first, a ton of dust came out of the vents. After that, worked like a charm!
