@TucsonJim,
The axe in the pic is for folks that come into my shop and ask stooped questions like, "Are you sure that's gonna fit?" Or "WOW - how did you cut your figure like that!?"

We have a winner. I removed mine and found that I could run some steel angle I had lying around under them. It is bolted directly to the frame annd outriggers. The plastic tray is now supported from the bottom, and no longer hangs from the plastic lip/flange. Mine was not cracked to bad, so they are still in place. But they are just for looks now as all of the weight is now supported by the steel angle under the tray. I can load whatever I want in them now.

I got a good chuckle out of the first post.... so true. But then I thought - it isn't about spending $59.95; it's about spending $59.95 over and over again on the same failed design/product.
Thanks to all for the entertaining read on a rainy afternoon.Larry KE4DMG

I did not take any pics.
But it is not hard to figure out. First remove the tray. Then take a look in there. The frame will be right behind where the tray was. And to either side should be outriggers. Some careful measuring will give the length and placement needed. Attach with the bolts/screws of your choice.
This was literally a free fix for me as I just used stuff I had laying around.

Tried to take out the tray in my new Reflection today only to find out one end is under the back wall support. Would have to dismantle it to remove the tray will have to look at some kind of support from underneath....
