That is what I thought. Back to the drawing board.
Last RV I had, I did go to manufacturer, not dealer. Received without an issue.

Not to throw a monkey wrench into the works... I used our Solitude build sheet to order two RV Airflow inserts. I looked up the model number from our build sheet which indicated that our front unit was a Dometic Brisk II. When the insert arrived and I actually looked at the sticker inside the AC, I found that it was actually a Penguin II. The insert wouldn't fit. Doublecheck all of the numbers to be sure...

The serial number sheet is always in the black bag from factory.

What you have is a feature MSRP sheet, or "window sticker". Looks like you have a standard build 315 with optional freestanding table/chairs.
I have my VIN but am trying to find where to input it so that I can find my build sheet and specifics about my rig. Any idea on where to go for that info?

If you have your VIN, do as I did and contact Grand Design Manufacturer for the Build Out Sheet or RV Specs.
Mine, upon receipt was all typed and legible.

Funny, Build Out Sheet not available for 2020 in auto/truck.
I had a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 and was able to get the build sheet.

FYI - they are not immediately available, I was told if year bought is same as current year.
Unknown if that statement is True or False.

    Good Luck!

For my 2011 Silverado I was able to track at every step, even on the train. Not so for my 2020

Now you have me wondering. I have not tried to get the build out sheet for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500.

    Time to do some investigation.
Alright, I called my dealership where I purchased the truck. It is called "Vehicle Build" per my service department in Massachusetts.

They pulled the information up by my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). They said they would make a copy and send it via my email address as an attachment.
