    Air bag compressor location.

Where are you guys mounting yours? Everything I read/watch says to locate if away from dirt and moisture, but the videos show them being mounted under the bed. That doesn't meet my definition of clean and dry.

I mounted mine inside the frame under the cab. No problems in 6 years, of course I haven't forded any deep rivers but I have spent a lot of time on dirt roads.

Driver or passenger side? I’m struggling to find a spot that is clear. Driver’s side is covered with hard lines and wire looms. Passenger is close to the exhaust.

Driver side. Maybe less stuff there in 2015.

Sorry guys I lied I guess it was my F250 that I put inside the frame. This one (F350) I mounted on the driver side inner side of body outside of frame below back seat. Picture coming soon.

I appreciate pictures. My back keeps telling me to quit getting under the truck to look.

An outside the box answer.....although it's actually "inside the box" LOL! Since I had a crossbed toolbox in the bed of the truck, I installed the compressor in the toolbox (see what I did there...."inside the box") So the compressor is in there, then I drilled a hole big enough in the bottom of the toolbox for the air hose to come out the bottom and go to my air horns. Then, later on, I re-plumbed the air line to include a shut off valve and a quick disconnect air fitting that tees off of the air line. The quick disconnect is where I hook up a 25' air line and that will reach all six of the tires on my truck. Of course you also have to have an entry point for the wiring for the compressor, so again, a hole in the bottom of the toolbox with a 3/4" waterproof electrical connector....commonly know as a squeeze bushing. I don't have any pics on this computer, as we are on the road right now and are at Bryce Canyon area.

I’ve been studying the same area. Thinking about making a splash shield to cover it from the front.

    Thanks for posting the picture!
