Wow I guess this is a fairly common issue then. Mine goes to the dealer next week for repair. They said GD makes different size rollers for under the bed and they have changed out to wider ones in the past, better to spread the load I guess. Also said will redo the bedroom floor under warranty as well. It will probably be there a couple of weeks but no biggie. I have no plans to use it until next month anyway. Sounds like they'll take care of everything.

So I wanted to follow up with more info on my floor tile issue. Went by the dealer yesterday and the floor is repaired perfectly! They used a local vinyl flooring repair tech and he was able to remove the wrinkle and smooth everything out without replacing anything. I am happy with this because they would have had to rip up the bedroom AND bathroom flooring as its all one piece. GD instructed them how to place two wider rollers on the floor instead of the bed to better support it and not have roller rolling on the floor. They have directions on where to place 1X2 wood slats on the bottom of bed for rollers to ride on, very slick idea. In fact since my dealer has had 3 trailers including mine pop up with this problem, GD says its becoming fairly common and they are going to implement the new design on the assembly line immediately. They also adjusted the brakes (they were way to loose) and checked the self adjusters as well. They tested and it will definitely lock the brakes now. Overall I'm very happy how it worked out and will pick it up next week.

Txfivver, glad everything worked out. Sounds like you have a great service center at your dealer. That would have take two months to get to at many of them.

@Txfivver - Thanks so much for giving a follow up report. Too often, we never hear the final outcome.

Sounds like you all have great dealers. Last we heard about this issue from our dealer was 'they will reach out to GD' and that was last summer

I walked through a new 2019 310 last week at our local GDRV dealer and when I stepped on the BR floor there it was......a bubble on the floor just like folks have been sharing. I wonder how long this has been going on and if it has been corrected on current builds........sure hope so.
