    Major electrical problems 2017 Reflection

The only receptacles working in the rv are the two in the bedroom and the two in the hutch . The AC in the living area is working ,the bedroom AC is not,
The GFCI receptacle on the kitchen island will not reset. I just can not see how one GFCI receptacle can control 9 other receptacle, microwave,
fireplace , refrigerator not working. All circuit breakers were turn off and back on. Surge protector reading just fine.

PROBLEM SOLVED,REPLACE 50 AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER,

That sounds like how Howson's is wired. The working ones you listed are all on his L2 leg of the 50A service.
The ones not working I think are on the missing L1 leg of 50A service.

    Hi Pat & Bill,

Is you surge protector at the post or internal?
I would pull the main RV electrical panel cover and use a voltmeter to check that L1, L2 and neutral measure correctly to each other. (240V L1 to L2 and 120V L1 or L2 to neutral)

I would suspect that your power cord is not delivering both sides of the L1/L2 power to the trailer. Per Gene’s post 2.

Check that the camper end of the power cord is really engaged properly. They can be installed where they are not connected but look right.

Is it possible that the problem could be the post?

    Possibly.

From your earlier posts it reads that when you reset the GFCI it pops again. What, exactly, are you using for a "surge protector"? (Is it a Progressive Industries EMS? What model? If not an EMS, can you post a picture of what you are using?)

Probably obvious but I'll write it anyway--please be very careful working around live circuits. Electricity has no tolerance for mistakes.
