Victron - BMV-712 Not working as expected?

Hi All, I am hoping you can help us figure out WTF is going on with our BMV-712.
In Feb we got 2 Battleborn batteries, a Torklift battery box with solar charger- ie just the 10v, (not big solar), had dealer hook it all up.
We have been getting very strange readings showing the batteries are dead, but have 14.44 charge, the batteries say same thing, but then scrolling thru monitor it shows charge of -19w, 0.0h charge etc. How can it have full charge even at the batteries, but this is telling us we have no batteries to use? If we unplug from shore power, it will go back to 100% charged on the BMV for a while, but when we plug back in, down it goes.... Making us CRAZY and my husband doesn't have much more hair he can pull out!

Start by downloading the VictronConnect App to your smart phone. Much more useful displays. You may need to change some settings to be consistent with your particular the Battle Born Lithiums. The Battle Born website has the settings you need. The phone app makes it easier to change settings, too.

I got a new phone & have not gotten it to pair up! Another issue, that is why I took pics of the other.... Suggestions?

The app says use 0000 for the default pin/password. That's wrong. Use 000000.

Try that.

on my old phone, it hooked right up, but that was before when we first got it, since then.... so I can't get it in Bluetooth - but when I go to the app - it says "Bluetooth Paring request - "SmartBMV HQ18......" would like to pair up, enter the code shown on ..... but it only allows numbers, put in th 6- 0's and still does not pair.

Me too, or I would use one right now... LOL it runs me around in circles - reset pin, ok -but then warning - to remove bonding stuff first- & click link to learn how - it shows remove from list in Bluetooth in settings - but it isn't in there..... Trying to set up in MacBook, but not wanting to pair in it either & it isn't in bluetooth there either....

I made progress!!! I have the pin reset finally - so now, off to Battle born to see what codes they should be!

ok, now that I Have the app, on my computer, I took a screen shot, but we had to plug back into shore power for the fridge, (were only unplugged for 30 minutes, and the pics above were from Right BEFORE we unplugged....here is after... and now the batteries are 100%, but 13.47v.... which I thought should be 14.47 more/less

You said the dealer installed all this, has it ever worked properly? I wonder if they installed the shunt in the correct location. Also, when you check your settings make sure to double the amp hours since you said you have 2 batteries.
