    2400bh replaced dinette

So I removed the u shape dinette and replaced it with a 80in sleeper sofa. The floor on the slide when closed is higher then before. I guess the benches screwed to the walls and floor kept the floor pinned down. Does anyone see a problem with leaving it like this?

Do you have the dinette or the recliner sofa?

We have the recliner sofa on ours and the floor has always sat higher than the "kitchen" floor. It has carpet trim so I cant say how much higher it sits. I can take some pics this weekend if you like?

Great information so when your slide is closed you can push down on the top piece of the slide And it moves up and down?

Did you ever figure this out? I’m considering doing the same with our 2400. If this is an issue, I may try screwing a piece of aluminum angle to the slide floor to help keep it flat.

    No issue. Didn’t screw anything.
