Not changing plans, but I'm sure going to do my best NOT to be around other people in close quarters. Now, if I was flying somewhere? That I'd cancel, planes are like the perfect place for an infection to take hold. Same thing with a cruise, NO WAY I'd be going now (but, that said, NO WAY I'd go without the virus out there, the idea of be trapped on a ship with 1000's of people makes me hyperventilate). RVing is about as "safe" as you can get now, the idea is "stay in your bubble", and stay away from other people, if you do that, you give yourself the best chance.

No changes. For whatever reason this thing is being blown out of proportion and the panic/hysteria surrounding it is causing more damage than the actual virus. Only time will tell what will become of this virus in the months ahead. We have lost more folks recently to the regular influenza, the tornado outbreak in the south this week and your average daily count of motor vehicle accidents although you do not get the wall to wall news coverage as this virus gets. My understanding is that folks with compromised immune systems, the infirm, elderly, etc. are most susceptible as is the case with any illness. Good old standard precautions hand washing as is employed by health care professionals is the best defense against the spread of disease. Always aggravates me when in a public restroom to see some guy use the urinal down from me and walk straight out the door without washing his hands. I just don’t get that. As others have pointed out I don’t do cruises or air travel anyway but those who do, in my opinion, should go about living life. Would be nice if more folks in the various media sources would use their minds and consider the facts we have up to this point before simply piling on to the hysteria.

Right now we are not changing plans. DW is a medical professional, so I take my cues from her - she's not all that concerned other than normal precautions. As @Overtaxed stated - I will not be flying any time soon. A friend of mines wife flew to Spain today to Visit her granddaughter. I would have cancelled till a later date.

No changes at all for us. Two weeks in GA in April. All of May in FL. 1 Jun - 15 Sep out West. Rock on. Life is short and when you die, it lasts a long time.

There is already an exsisting thread in the off topic section.
I'm going to merge the two together to keep the conversations together. Seeing as it indirectly has a camping topic I'll put them both here into this thread.Marcy & Gary
