Do We or don't we?
My best friend and I are seriously thinking about joining the RV world to allow us to travel more and include pets. We have about 2 years to decide what we want but grand design is winning so far.

Since you have a couple years, timing good in that issues occurring right now due to rushed assembly and short component supply should subside. Take your time and truly figure out what you need in a camper, including how much you will use it. Full-timing needs are very different than weekend warriors with one long trip a year... Cold climate camping needs a bit different than chasing 70 degrees. Most of all, make sure you are shopping within the capabilities of your tow vehicle or plan to buy a capable tow vehicle.

GD is a good one. There are also other quality manufacturers our there. Depends on what you want, your use, and your budget. Some of the manufacturers in the west and northwest are good. Especially if you are looking for a good cold weather RV. Lance and Outdoors RV come to mind. Also Northwood manufacturing.
Good luck.Mike & Lisa
