Believe me, it was bad. The cap was nearly all purple, after just 2 days.

Thanks. I think I could back in to a space 18’ wide.

May I ask for those that have both the open cover as with the OP and a fully enclosed poll barn, rough costs for these options? Would love to have.

I had this built in winter of 2019-20, with a 5th wheel in mind. 17’x40’, with a 10’x30’ side lean to. 14’ tall opening, 16’ tall height inside. $25k including concrete pad.Click image for larger version.

Awesome. It's great having protection. Less maintenance, stuff doesn't weather as quickly and it's cool. I keep mine in my pole barn. I have 50 amps, sewer dump and water inside.

Mine was more than I wanted - over $7000.00. But, I did not want to wait another year for it. Winter last year was bad, this year is suppose to be worse. Summers are normally sunny, but this year was a lot of rain. Limbs and cherry's all over it. I was not waiting any longer. My financially conservative wife relented so we got it. I do not regret it at all.

Good price. We are on the Oregon coast, had had to go though the county for engineering. They required 6x12 front poles, 6x10 rear. All others are 6x6, all treated lumber, buried 6’ deep, engineered for the high wind coast storms. All bids I got were in the $25-30k area for what I wanted.

Wow. I didn't have to go through anything as it isn't enclosed. Glad I don't live on the coast in Oregon or I'd never have the cover....

Mine was around 20K when all added up. The driveway, barn, and doors were added separately. It was not taxable until I put on the doors. No permits or inspection required. I ran two 30 amp lines to it under the driveway. I plan on adding to it next year. Probably another 36'.
