Converter/ Battery issues. Emergency help needed please

Have a new 2019 GD Solitude 385GK that we had out 4 times before we decided to go traveling nursing to help out with COVID... but so far has been a nightmare. Bought it in Oct. 2019 brand new & had no problems with our little 3 day trips... however, I think we bought the “lemon”. In the first 2 days from ID to NM, the regulator was leaking so replaced that... then the battery died so we replaced that yesterday but came back to the RV after working a 12 hr shift at the hospital & that brand new battery is saying low voltage... we need help!!! Battery is at 10% after 16 hrs. Is it the converter??? We are at an RV park hooked to a 50 amp site & really need to find out what is wrong. The shore power wast tested & is fine.

Probably the converter or the 2 reverse polarity fuses on it.
The converter is behind the wall in the pass thru compartment on the right hand side of the rv.
Have to remove the screws holding the thin wall onto the 2x2 frame and then can see in where it'll be.

If this is basic, I'm sorry, but here's just what I would check first:

    * How's the water level in the battery?

    * Did the breaker for the converter trip?

If it's not that or the other responses you got, the good news is you're probably still be under warranty. I'd think the converter is still covered.
