Kitchen Slide on 340RDS-support roller problems

This is my first post since joining the owner's forum. I have a 2021 340RDS and have discovered the kitchen slide (through frame rack and pinion design) has damage to the black coating and three of the six supporting rollers removed patches of the coating from the contact area on the underside of the slide. I viewed the operation of the roller causing the most damage to the black sealant (inside at floor level with flashlight while retracting the slide). It appears the roller is not rotating. Has anyone experienced this with their 340 or other models?

Your post is the first I have seen with this situation not only with the 340 but any others with rollers.

Steve @huntr70 - have you encountered this at your dealership or heard elsewhere about this ? Any ideas on cause and what is involved to fix.......looks like a hyper extending of the slide may have to be done by dealer under warranty hopefully ?

    Thanks, in advance Steve.

No, we don't get many bad rollers. It can happen though.

The slide would have to be removed to get at them.
