You are not missing or getting anything wrong. There's a great old Bob Seger song that has a line "...wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then...". When we bought our Reflection in 2014, I assumed our 3/4 ton Ram was OK to use as a tow vehicle. Wrong, definitely over on pin weight and payload capacity. We have done OK through over 3 years of full timing and about 60000 miles of towing in probably 30 states. Tire and axle loading is marginally OK. My suggestions, if you decide to go with the 337, are to be very aware of traffic and be very sure your trailer brakes are working great. We looked at a 303, but the 337 suited us much better for full timing. Please feel free to ask more from myself and others. We all want to help you enjoy this fine and fun lifestyle.

Per multiple recommendations on this forum, talking to friends and visiting dealers, we opted to go slightly smaller. Instead of the 337RLS, we're purchasing the 303RLS, which will be plenty of space for just my wife and I. Also, we purchased a Dodge 2500 Lone Star diesel.

Thanks again everyone for your recommendations and candid feedback.

    Hi Ray,

You will love your new 303RLS. (But . . . we obviously have a biased opinion ). The centerline bed with the wide side tables and double entry bathroom just "work well". (There is a reason that the 303RLS is the best selling Reflection 5th wheel) We are always "shopping" different RVs at the shows, but have yet to find one that measures up to our 303 on all aspects.

Not to nitpick...OK, I'm nitpicking. According to @huntr70...

According to our sales records, from 1/1/17 to today, 10/6/18 here is the breakdown....

    Imagine- 2800, 2600, 2150
    Momentum- 351, 397, 399
    Reflection- 28BH, 337, 303
Solitude- 375, 310, 373 (not breaking out by the "R")

Sorry, I think I have too much free time This doesn't take anything away from the 303RLS being a great floorpan - especially for folks who don't have 1 ton trucks to tow their RV.

    Hi Brian,

Agreed that the the 28BH, 337 and 303 are the three best selling Reflections . . . but, according to Micah Staley (Reflection and Imagine GM) at the recent Indiana Rally, the 303 has the highest total volume across all model years . . . with the 337 a close second because it has been in production for a year longer. On a single model year basis, the 28BH might now be the most popular, but it is relatively new. Note that huntr70's data is 1/1/17 to current.

Oh I know Rob. I was just ribbing you. I think huntr70's data may also be just for his dealership rather than total sales for the Grand Design company. That wasn't really clear in his post.

Thanks for the reply. We are retiring in 6 months, and will start off with a month long trip, and go from there. Maybe it'll turn into 2-3 months or fulltime. Have land in the mountains and plan to build a log house, when we get to it. We also looked at the 303, but couldn't get past the lack of closet and dresser space, otherwise the 303 would work for us. Also looking at (shutter--Jayco Eagles 317 and 321).... will keep researching, thanks
