Wax crayon writing on pin box

I didn’t find any information about this on the forum. We have a 2020 Reflection 273 MK. It has the Turning Point pin box with a wrinkle paint finish on both sides where the dealer wrote an inventory number with a yellow wax “crayon”. Any good way to remove the writing without damaging the paint finish? The wax is in the wrinkles.

I removed ours with 91% alcohol

Don’t use acetone.

Goo Gone claims to remove wax. Might do better to let it sit on it a few minutes.

I used Goo Gone and it did take it off but it also discolored the black paint slightly.

I wanted to say I passed it through my kidneys first but I thought that may be over the line, then I tripped on the line!

Another WD-40 user; it came off pretty easily.
