Reach up and pop the lower edge loose, so it can open and let air out.
If yours does not have an obvious vent, it would be worth a call to GD, to find out if it is vented outside at all...and where the vent is. Can't imagine (pun) that they would go out through the roof of the slide....More likely it is an inside return, like the super cheap range hoods of houses in my youth....
Older model 303s don’t have a kitchen window.

2014 - 2016 (maybe 2017 too) did not have a fridge slide window. They did have the old school flapper vent over the stove like what was used for a few decades on most RVs. It seems the later model year builds with convection units (which also eliminated the range hood with fan and light) vs just the traditional microwave coincided with the elimination of the flapper vent.

Now, as of a few months ago, GDRV started adding flapper vents to some (all ?) lines again for some reason(s.) A number of folks have expressed over the recent years a desire to have the vents so maybe this was one of the reasons. It does make me wonder whether the convection unit is a different model as well to allow for exterior venting.

I just joined to look up this exact problem. We just bought a 2020 Reflection 337RLS. Does not have a vent . Sets off smoke alarm when cooking bacon (LOVE BACON). Does anyone think that a vent can be added after the fact?

There was some members talking about adding the external vent. Not sure if it was ever done. Here is the thread:
