    Crooked Stairs

We have a new Momentum 320G. We have not even taken it out yet. I noticed today in the barn that the stairs going into the garage are crooked. I do not see any obvious reason for it. Has anyone else had this issue?

We also had crooked steps on our 303 , the same steps as you have. At the first GD rally some of the lippert guys tried hammering them into place (not our favorite solution). They were still crooked and Emily (who was working for lippert back then) had them replace the whole step assembly with the same steps. We since have replaced them with the Tork Lift Glow steps .

I loved the Tork Lift Glow steps that we put on our 369. The new camper has the mor-ryde steps, and we're getting used to them. It is very nice to lift them up, that's for sure.

    Hi Steve,

Those steps have been overloaded. There are no adjustments to correct this. These should definitely be replaced under warranty.
Our 3 step version of these steps are a little bit like this, because we tend to step on the lower left step first, . . . but our steps are 5 seasons old!

It is just hard to understand how they could have been overloaded. Our camper shipped from the factory on 5/21 and we picked it up from the dealer on 5/4. and we have not camped in it yet. I sent a picture to the dealer, hopefully we will get a replacement set.
