Hotels with RV Parking

We will be heading south this winter but can't leave Rochester NY until November. If it gets pretty cold, our first couple of nights on the road will be at truck stops or motels/hotels. Is there a good app or other reference listing you have used to see a list of accommodating hotels along major routes?
We have a truck and 35', 5th wheel.
I'm on trip wizard so I can see the truck stops. It's the motels/hotels I'm interested in.

I have not run across anything that shows motels with truck parking. I have seen lots of motels with truck parking, they tend to be along major trucking routes. So unless you find a list I would just look for a motel in the area you plan on stopping and then call them and ask about parking.

I do most of my trip planning with Google map. They've added a feature to search along the route. If you zoom in you have the option to "search this area".
