heated theater seats (not working) have power

I have no heat on either heated seat. They worked last year. I have power to chairs, it lights up and message and lights work.

double checked all connections underneath for giggles and everything plugged in. I even tried the island outlet to see if that mattered.

I did search but did not find specifics on possible problem if there is power. One thread mentions an inline fuse????? Did not see that?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks.

I think I read somewhere that someone had trouble with the switch in the cup assy.

You might want to start a claim with GD so that your warranty will cover it. KEN

Any idea how to remove the assembly? Thinking I could run a jumper bypassing button to rule out if it works or not...

    I don't know Jim.
We had a few threads pulled loose on one of recliner foot rests. The part is not replaceable. Dealer ordered a complete recliner chair. KEN

Ours stopped working on one side and partially worked on the other. I checked for voltage at the plugs going to the heating element, 12V was present. I called the dealer and they had to diagnose it as well. They've filled out a warranty claim, we are waiting on a response.

Let me know. Mine is similar. LCI said it could be the control boxes. Will swap them to see if that works. Today is my 1 yr. Anniversary for purchase. Just got in under the wire!

I received a call from my dealer letting me know the claim has been approved. However, they wrote it up as one side was not working but both sides have failed. He's editing the claim but said its approved and shouldn't be an issue. Waiting again to hear back.

If you have the seat heater you'll see the symbol in the outer right cup holder rim and left outermost cup holder rim. Should be a massage symbol there, too. If you accidentally engage the "lock" the heater or massage won't come on. (Sorry--that's probably evident.)

The symbols are very obvious. If you don't see them you don't have those options.
