Should I get the Eco master camera system for my GM pick up

Anyone have installed the Eco master camera system on their GM vehicle?
(This is the camera system that integrates with the OEM display)

    How do you like it?

How well does the wireless camera work on the back of the camper?

Are the side mirror cameras and the 3rd tail light camera Worthwhile or just stick with getting only the wireless camera for back of the camper?

    Thanks for Your inputs.

We thought the OEM Camera System was a little pricy, so we opted for just the wireless camera on the back of the 5er (Rear View Safety), works great, hang the monitor on the rear view mirror. . . . . .

I would not recommend it. I have it on our 2017 Denali- full system with rv camera, over the bed cam, mirror cams ect. Within 1st yr passenger side mirror cam was replaced twice due to pinched wiring harness despite dealer calling GMC tech line to ensure instal and wire routing was exact. Signal from RV camera was poor to non existent at highway speeds.
One of the most annoying features is if you are using the camera to say back up your RV you have to hold a button down for 15 seconds to switch from the rear tailgate view which is the default to the RV camera view and if you then shift out of reverse to readjust your angle and then shift back into reverse the same procedure has to be used-it must be held again for 15 seconds to see the RV camera making it nearly worthless in this situation as well. I have the new version of the Furion vision S with a 7 inch monitor and am very happy with that.

This is spot on. Its garbage. When I bought mine the instructions didn't show the ridiculous time required to get the reverse camera to come on every time you shift into reverse. Went round and round with GM and got nowhere.

I changed to a different system that still uses the existing GM cameras but allows me to choose between the OEM tailgate camera or an aftermarket camera. I also added a toggle switch between the bed camera and the trailer camera so in reality I can choose between 3 different cameras that will come on automatically when shifting into reverse.

    What system did you use?
Does it still use the OEM screen or did you have to mount another screen somewhere?

I did install a rearview safety in my last truck.

The manufacturer is Rostra, it uses the factory screen.

I got it from ADC mobile in WA. Call and ask for Walt. He was very helpful when I was looking for an alternative to the GM system. He has experience with both systems.

We had the mirror cameras on a motor home and found them to be nothing more than a cute little novelty. The mirrors had the dual glass and had a wider view than the camera, one spot of water would blur the camera image so it was near worthless, and the left side camera was useless for me because I just could not look up to the right where the screen was (it replaced the rear view mirror) when I wanted to see what was to my left.
