If by OEM steps you are referring to are the fold up into the coach style, they are as stable and the tread is wider, plus you don't dump any debris or water into your coach when the TorkLift are folded up. Another advantage is the Torklift can be deployed in tight spaces.

This is my first set of snap pads, so only time will tell. They were very easy to install, and I am looking forward to the snap pads currently being developed to go on the front landing gears to eliminate the blocks or Andersen buckets that are sometimes required.
Thankx for the reply. I was thinking of getting those steps for the rear entry as well.
I’ve got the snap pads as well. Like you, I believe only time will tell if these snap pads will be the only solution. I do realize however that some stacking blocks will be required for the situations of total runout prior to leveling.

I'm going to do something similar to what you have done with the tile. Did you take the valance off, if so how does it come off?

Yes, I removed the valance. There are just a couple L-brackets that attach it to the wall. Each bracket had one screw into the wall and one into the underside of the valance. I also removed the two clips that hold the bottom rail of the blind. I left the brackets that actually hold the mini blind and ran the tile up to those since the valance covers that area.

Weather in Colorado finally warmed up the past few weeks (of course it is cool 45F and raining now ). Got some little winter projects done.

Installed battery monitor (bottom left) from Amazon in addition to Progressive EMS (bottom right) I installed last year.
Switches below battery monitor allow me to (manually) check both charge and discharge current.

Made a simple door holder for the refrigerator. Made it so doors do not hit counter when slides are in.

Made a little gutter extension out of 1/2" PVC coupling and short piece of PVC pipe. Attached coupling with screw so I can remove it. Water now goes past awing motor instead on on it. Had a couple of good rain showers to try it out. Had to get length right to go past awning, but not hit the awning when extending/retracting it.

    A few more projects.

Mounted a fire extinguisher next to dresser in bedroom.
Installed door stop & magnetic catch on bedroom door. I found (on our 310GK) that there is a metal mounting plate in the wall right where I put door stop. Was this pre-planned or just good fortune?

I got sick of the ottoman always opening during travel. Found first part of problem was the "fine Amish craftsman" had mismounted the rails. I had to space them out over an 1/8" to get them to run "true". I also found the stop/catch on the end of both rails were bent out of shape (no picture) so the catch portion did not work. Again, very poor installation (slam bam thank you .... well lets just say they knock the work out as fast as they can). Had to bend them back straight.

Bending the catches back in place helped hold the ottoman in, but were not very tightly. I added a cabinet catch (just like used on other cabinet doors & drawers in the trailer) to the back of the ottoman so it would not catch on anything and be out of the way. This turned into a bit of work to mount the receiver portion on the back wall of the cabinet. I planned to make a spacer/stiffner (wood block in picture) bu did not count on the hollow wall. I cut an access hole in the wall from the "under bed storage" side to get to the other side of the wall for the stiffer.

Now that this is all installed, it feels good. Starting a 3,000 mile road trip next moth to test it out

Suspension replacement. Replaced all springs, upgraded to Morryde wet bolts and HD shackles and swapped out LCI equa-flex for Morryde CRE3000.

I had some flat and separating springs , the equalizers were beat up. Surprisingly, all of my nylon bushings were in great condition.

Did you install the Morryde cross braces too?
I think that is the suspension weakness. KEN

No I didn't. I was originally going to go with the SRE4000, but the way my rear sewage discharge is setup, it prevents me from installing the cross braces at the rear equalizer. If I put the cross braces on all the spring hangers, the very rear one is also blocked by the sewer pipe.

I actually had to cut my sewer pipe just to get the old bolt out of the rear equalizer.
