First post. Been lurking for some time
Bought the Reflection 29 RS in June of 2019 and have been lurking since then getting lots of info and Ideas. Since June we have 8 outings with it. Long trip was from NW Florida Tennessee - Ohio - Shipshewana In(Toured DG factory) - Tennessee and back home. Second longest was NW Florida - NE GA - Ok and home. So far everything has been great with the FW. Only real issue I've had is the outside refrigerator vents leaked when there was a big storm. Bad design on the Dometic covers. Water blew in the bottom edge as there is nothing to stop if from entering the FW. Fixed it by removing the vents and bending Z flashing to go under it and up behind so water cannot blow in. No more leak
We've added stuff and done a few mods:
Furion 4 camera system. put one in bed of truck for hitching
Dimmers for lights
Reese Goosebox
Steadyfast stabilizers
New Bathroom faucet (original too close to the bowl)
Motion sensing light under kitchen sink
TOGO for internet and Amazon Prime
Winegaurd Pathway XS and Dish Wally
LED bulbs for side and rear markers
Plexiglass cover for screen door that is removable. Works great in cooler weather.
DIY macerator using garbage disposal. For when you really need it. Works great.
Centramatic wheel balancers. Both trailer and truck
Disc Brakes (in the process of installing now) Stop Your Trailer kit.
I'm sure there's a few other little things. We really enjoy this site and being a GD owner. Every time we go to an RV show we look at others and they just don't compare to the GD's for fit and finish. Next on the list before the summer trips is to put new tires on it. Looking at the Goodyear Endurance.Last edited by Gregkabob; 01-15-2020 at 01:32 PM. Reason: added

@Gregkabob - You been lighting up the cash register - melting the credit card and getting rid of that cash under the bed ! These are many great top ranked and valued things you have done to your liking to make your 29 your own.
Welcome and continue spending $ (kinda a given I think) and having a good time out there !

Isn't that when it's decided to upgrade...just like a house, complete all the remodeling then decide it's time to move. lol
Sounds like you're having fun doing the mods. Welcome to the forum, As you found out the more you read here the more $ you spend everyplace else.Marcy & Gary
