Lippert under chassis storage

Wondering if anyone has installed one of these? Is it worth it? Looks like a great idea to keep cords, wheel chicks and maybe a small grill.
Any thought or opinions would be great.

I have been thinking of this same item for about a year. A member of the group we camp with has this on his 5er. The things he has said is that they leak when driving in the rain and there is not a lock place on them. Other reports I have read folks have installed a lock and seals around the lids. I am still considering this as it would be nice for blocking and sewer hose and such.

Thanks Brian!! I was wondering how water tight they are. Probably not the best place to put the electric cords then.

I'm pretty sure if you try to keep wheel Chicks in there it is illegal
