The one on my Reflection 367 is just a small dorm type, so 110.

We had one in our Reflection. It and the others seen while looking at GD trailers are all like @DaveAZ' 120V.

In short, NO. They only work when plugged into shore power. The longest trips we used to take was from Austin the Port Aransas. We would get the outside fridge cooled down, loaded up with drinks and head out. Got to Port Aransas and besides a little shifting all was good.

Did the same thing and then took off to Utah, opened the outside fridge and was greeted with a spray of cokes and busted beer bottles and those that didn't break were hot. After that we put everything in ice chest and only used the outdoor fridge when we were going to be stationary for several days.
