The 4,060 lbs. in @NB Canada's post is probably not far off if there was a toy in the garage. 23% of a fifth wheel's GVWR is a good place to start in estimating the loaded pin weight. For the 395MS, this would be 4,600 lbs - but lighter depending on the weight of a toy in the garage.

The 395MS (the newer "S" model specifically) has a very light pin weight vs other toy haulers on the market from what I've researched. My dry pin weight is actually very close to website weight (even with generator). My assumption is the added length behind the axles with the 14' garage. Pin weight will VARY greatly depending on tanks alone (fresh is above axles, primary black and grey forward of axles, rear black is behind axles). I have been as light as 2,980 lbs. with actual trailer weight around 17,940 lbs. and with full tanks I am upwards of 3,700 lbs. weighing close to 19,400 lbs. Have 21,000 lb axle capacity and glad I upgraded. Depending on your toy in back your pin weight might actually decrease.
Again, weights will vary depending on load.
My weights are CAT Scale Calculations.

I picked up my 395MS on 8/4/21 in Indiana. GD weighs every unit and I received my weight sheet in my packet. This is UVW and will vary as you load it.
UVW = 15900 (3rd AC and Full Body Paint)
Pin Weight = 3426
Left (street) side = 6572
Right side = 5902.

Wow, I'm really surprised at the difference between left side and right side weights.....that's significant. I have a 2018 (the older style) 394M which is the same thing as the older 395M only mine does not have the rear bath. The side to side difference on mine was only like 170 lbs or so.
