    Update on why I think the glue may be the reason some doors crack
    My RVs are parked where the door gets afternoon sun. I am in Phoenix AZ, so it is severe. When running the RVs AC, there is a huge difference between the heat on the outside of the door, and the airconditioned interior. Something has to give. I believe the plastic interior lost the battle. So I chose not to glue the replacement skin to the foam, leaving it free to expand and contract independant of the rest of the door.
    Perhaps we should do a poll to see if those RVs with cracked doors fall into what I think is the risk conditions.

    Update; Contacted GD and Lippert. Not so good news, Lippert said only 1 year warranty on doors but would give 35% off on new doors. Good news, GD sending two new doors and graphics. Dealt with Austin at Customer Relations. Awesome guy for getting this done for me.
