caught my awning support on a fence post while storing my 2670MK and cracked the support arm and pulled two of the screws out of the wall. what a mess!!! Any info on how to get replacement parts?

You can go here: https://www.granddesignrv.com/owners...s/parts-lookup, to find parts, and I've read that you can order directly from Grand Design by telephone. But I don't have the number, and I'm sure someone will be along that can give it to you.

Go to the website that @Hoopy Frood pointed you to and try to find the part number, then have your VIN handy and call (574) 825-9679. Make sure you are calling right at 08:00 CT. That's when they open and you are most likely to reach a person and not voicemail.

The other thing you can do is find the serial # of your awning, and if it is a carefree of colorado awning like on my momentum, you can call them directly and get the parts from them and safe some cash ( I did it). Just a thought too depending on how much you need parts wise...
